We collect and use personal data for purposes including:

  • Billing, invoicing, and payment collection
  • Communicating class schedules, changes, and administrative notices
  • Communicating through phone, WhatsApp, or email
  • Ensuring student safety during classes
  • Responding appropriately to medical conditions or injuries
  • Organising examinations, rehearsals, and performances

  • Photography and videography for promotional use, where consent has been given

By enrolling at Firstpointe or submitting your personal data to us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this notice.
Where you are a parent or guardian, this consent also applies to the personal data of your child.
Where photography or video recordings are intended for use beyond internal Academy records, including promotional or marketing purposes, Firstpointe will seek specific consent beforehand.

Firstpointe does not sell or share personal data with outside parties or third parties unrelated to the Academy.
